Per Jack Brown: Buster Hill did not drive the 9 car. R.P. Redd and A.P. Hill were the owners of this car. They owned Redd & Hill Sand & Gravel Co. which was a dirt dauling outfit in Jackson. That is Buster Hill (A.P.'s brother or cousin) standing near the front of the car. Buster was the flagman for a time at the Sports Arena on 49 North. I don't recognize the driver standing up in the car . Top Rogers drove it some but that does not look like him.
