Tommy was a positive influence on many young race fans. Pictured with Tommy is his 16 year old son and future racing champion, 13 year old Bobby Davis Jr. Bobby Davis Jr. went on to follow in Tommy’s foot steps by driving sprint cars in the World of Outlaws. Bobby became the 1980 Rookie of the Year and World of Outlaws’ Champion in 1989. This picture was taken at Riverside in 1975.
